The other day I lent my Mag-Steps insoles to my downline distributor, so he could show them to one of his customers. Mines are still clean because I haven't worn them on my feet, but instead I keep them under my mattress when I sleep. My mattress in one of those 3 inch thick Japanese one's you place on the floor, so basically with my body weight on it the mag-steps are almost right up against my back when I sleep. Well, since I lent them out, I had to go one night without them and found that I was tossing and turning all night trying to find a less painful position to sleep in and in the morning I was riddled with aches and pains all over. My back was so stiff and in pain I had to triple up my dosage of pain killers just to get moving around in the morning. All day I was just exhausted and yawning from a thorough lack of sleep. I never thought these things did much for my back because I haven't been able to hop, skip, and jump around yet, but in reality they are helping every little bit forward. I guess I cannot expect the grand miracle changes from what I have invested in my regiment so far (I use what I can afford), but for what I have invested I am getting more than my money's worth. I am in quite bad health and probably the extreme of anyone's chart, so I have to be more resilient and more patient than most people, but when I do stop to look at what results I have or what pains I don't suffer from now, I am amazed at how far I managed to come in such a short period of time. And that is a blessing all around.
