This is more of an advice segment than it is a diary entry. While being visited by one of my friends, he graciously brought me breakfast and a coffee to go from McDonalds. I know, not the healthiest food course, but it was a pleasant change. I don't drink coffee these days as not to aggravate my already beaten up stomach and it's doesn't do well on the heart as well. I dumped it out, but cleaned and kept the coffee cup. It was quite solid and had this plastic lid on it, I thought would come in handy for other beverages. Anyway, what I started to do with my morning regiment was to put my Ciaga and Greenzyme mix into that cup and place the lid on tight, then shake it well before I drank it. This was just incredible, no clumpy Greenzyme residue on the bottom and sides to have to remix with water and drink again. Just one smoothie like beverage that went down nice and easy. It even tasted better. Live and learn as they say, but I will always pass on little tricks and tips like these when I discover them. This much I will promise you, I'll always seek out ways to take something I don't like to do and make it something bearable, then eventually make it something fun or easy to do. After all, healthy doesn't have to be about ewww, not that again, do I have to?  now, does it?  take Nikken and take care...
