May 11th - It's finally starting to kick in. After all these weeks of following my regiment to a "t" and watching my diet a bit, my insulin dosage has come down one shot worth. I still do 4 shots a day, but less the dosage of an entire single shot. If I can drop another shot's worth, then I should start losing more water retention which will result in less weight. I am getting awfully tired of carry this ballast around everywhere I go, not that I go much of anywhere. I have renewed hope that if I follow this course I should be able to get back down to my usual svelte 220lbs. Hey, from 300 that is like giving birth to an entire full grown woman child. haha..
